Yamuna expressway authority land allotment (YEIDA) has taken a big decision. Transport Nagar will be set up in Yamuna City. Which will help in meeting the traffic facilities and needs of the city. For this, the plot allotment scheme will be announced on July 5. In which plots of 6 categories will be allotted. Small, medium and large transporters can buy land through this plot allotment scheme. This information was given by Dr Arunvir Singh (IAS), Chief Executive Officer of Yamuna Expressway Industrial Development Authority on Wednesday.

Dr Arunvir Singh said that Transport Nagar will be set up in Sector-33 of Yamuna City. In this, 147 plots are to be allotted. The size of the smallest plot will be 120 square meters. Their number has been kept at 36. The area of the second category of plots will be 512 square meters and their number is only 27. After this, 56 plots of 640 square meters will be allotted. Arunvir Singh further informed that 24 plots of 820 square meters will be allotted. The size of the biggest plots will be 1200 square meters. Their number is only 4.
Authority will build two big parking lots.

This plot allotment scheme will be declared on July 5. Two parking lots will be built in Transport Nagar. One parking will be built in an area of 41,000 square meters. This will be for parking trucks. A multi-level car parking will be built. Which will have the facility to park 500 vehicles. Hotel, bank, restrobar, car and other vehicle showrooms, storage, warehouse, service center and garage will be developed in Transport Nagar.
Yamuna City will develop rapidly.

Dr. Arunvir Singh said that emphasis is being laid on developing basic facilities in Yamuna City. In the month of July, plot allotment schemes are being declared in 13 categories simultaneously. In these, plots will be allotted for building group housing, residential plots, nursing homes, hospitals, child care, hospitals, creches, old age homes, educational institutions, fuel centres, petrol pumps, corporate offices, factories and companies.
Transport Nagar is a special area in many Indian cities, which has been designed to centralise and organise transport-related activities. All the facilities are available in Transport Nagars. Cities benefit from these.
1. Reducing traffic congestion within the city and streamlining the movement of goods.
2. Usually located on the outskirts or periphery of the city for easy access to highways.
3. These include truck terminals, warehouses and storage facilities, repair and maintenance shops, parking spaces for commercial vehicles, accommodation for drivers, administrative offices.
